Public Charcuterie Workshop

Learn to Build a Beautiful, Delicious Charcuterie Board

Join us for a fun and interactive charcuterie workshop where you’ll learn the art of building a board that’s as elevated as it is delicious.

Monthly workshops are held at our retail location in Mesa in a small-group setting (maximum of 8 participants). Each guest will create their own finished board with hands-on guidance from an experienced instructor and learn plenty of pro tips you can use again and again at home.

✨ Each month features a rotating seasonal theme and curated pairings.

We provide everything you need, including wood boards, cutlery, premium ingredients, and all supplies for building and styling.

Each participant will create a board featuring:
3 cheeses
2 charcuterie selections
A variety of classic accompaniments and seasonal details

Your board will be boxed and ready to take home at the end of class.

Workshops run approximately 45 minutes, all the setup and cleanup is handled entirely by us.

Registration Details

No minimum required - workshops are held even if only one guest is registered.
Registration closes 48 hours prior to the workshop start time.
Workshops are typically offered twice per month (2nd Tuesday & 3rd Thursday). Occasionally, dates may be adjusted in advance due to holidays or instructor availability.

If a Workshop Needs to Be Rescheduled by Xoxo Charcuterie:

In the rare case a workshop date needs to change, your registration may be:
transferred to the next available workshop date, or
converted into store credit for the workshop value.
